We are a hobby breeder that breeds only to produce a litter when we want a dog. A litter is a huge responsibility. All breeders should be prepared to take back any animal that they have bred during the course of its lifetime. Breeding a litter, of course, is a big expense. Nobody makes money when they breed.
Each litter has produced conformation quality animals, some of whom are finished champions, some are almost finished champions, one is as an assistance animal, and others are being shown in obedience. We are very proud of every dog that leaves here. And we follow up and try to keep in touch with all our owners. It is through their feedback and experiences that we can produce better dogs.
We carefully place our animals into companion homes with the hopes that they will work their animals. We want every owner to get the appropriate dog for them.
New owners should be screened. Buying from a petshop an animal or from a mill, is not what purebred animals are about. Pet stores will sell an animal to anyone with money.
Our bitches have all worked in Nursing homes and Children's
hospices as do their daughters and granddaughters.
